Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from BioSequence Peptides (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or an institution engaged in lawful laboratory research. By ordering you affirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Products & permitted use

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. You are solely responsible for handling, using, and disposing of the products safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

3. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify eligibility). A contract forms only when we confirm your order.

4. Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in AED for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates and in USD for orders delivered within Lebanon. The price and any discount applied are those in effect when your order is confirmed. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.

5. Payment — Cash on Delivery

Orders are paid by cash to the courier on delivery. No online payment is taken. Please have the exact order total ready. If payment is not made on delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned.

6. Delivery & risk

We currently deliver only within the UAE and Lebanon. Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery and payment. Please inspect your order on delivery (see Shipping & Handling and Returns & Refunds).

7. Warranties & documentation

Each batch is supplied with a third-party Certificate of Analysis stating purity and identity. Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Compliance & indemnity

You agree to comply with all laws applicable to the purchase, import, possession, and use of the products, and to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these terms.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies. Governing law and venue will be specified for your operating jurisdiction. Questions? See our contact page.
