To fulfil a Cash-on-Delivery order we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, together with your order details and the age/research-use affirmations you make at checkout. We do not collect card or bank details because no online payment is taken.

We use this information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about delivery, to provide support, to keep records required for our business and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud or abuse (for example, limiting a first-order discount to one per phone number).
Sharing
We share delivery details with the courier handling your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage for essential functions only — remembering that you confirmed the age gate, your selected region, and your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention & security
